Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Packaging open video is mandatory for product returns.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for items that show signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Return Process
- Email us with your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return shipment process.
Refund Policy
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order another item, you may place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it at the earliest.
